Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Costs
Shipping, delivery and installation costs will be applicable to you as per the invoice terms. It may be at zero cost to customers depending upon offer given by the company from time to time.
Order Processing Time
Thirty days before the due delivery date, you will have to clear all payments including shipping and installation cost. You will be notified to prepare the kitchen space with specific dimensions at least one week before delivery date. Seven days prior to delivery date, company engineers will carry out site-inspection and give readiness report. Your kitchen will then be shipped for your destination. . It will be installed by company engineers.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once site inspection has been carried out. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
